A slope-side condominium building at the foot of Crested Butte Mountain Resort — 200 yards from the Silver Queen Gondola. Heated pool, hot tub, steam room, on-site breakfast & lunch, and 50+ Traverse-managed units starting from $95/night.
The Grand Lodge sits in the heart of the Mountain Village at Crested Butte Mountain Resort, just steps from the Silver Queen Gondola, Red Lady Express, base-area shops, and the free town shuttle. It's the most centrally located lodging on the mountain.
The East tower opened in 1993 and was joined by the West tower in 2000. In 2004, the entire building was converted from a Sheraton-managed hotel into individually owned condominiums. Today, private owners rent their units through professional management companies like Traverse Hospitality, offering guests the convenience of a hotel stay with the character and value of a private condo.
No two rooms are alike. Studios and one- to two-bedroom suites are individually decorated by their owners, blending rustic alpine character with modern comforts: free WiFi, in-room safes, kitchenettes, and access to the building's pool, hot tub, gym, and steam room.
Traverse Hospitality manages 50+ units in the building with dedicated local support — guest communication, pricing, cleaning, and maintenance all handled by our Crested Butte team.
