A third-floor studio in the Grand Lodge at the base of Mt. Crested Butte — a short walk to the ski lifts, with mountain views over the town. A king bed and a king Murphy bed sleep four, with a full bathroom and a cook-in kitchenette (stove, mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker). Guests use the building's indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, gym, and fireplace lobby. Parking is free and check-in is self-serve by keypad.

The place was just how described. Great location, very clean. Chris was fantastic with responding to questions. The unit does have thin walls, so be prepared to hear guests nextdoor if they aren't quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Chris’s place is such a great location and super easy to get around from! Shuttle stop is right next to the lodge. And the pool is always a hit with the kids. Chris’s communication was fast, friendly, and clear! I would definitely stay here again!

The Grand Lodge sits at the base of Mt. Crested Butte, a short walk from the Crested Butte Mountain Resort lifts, with shops and dining right at the Red Lady Express base and the free town shuttle stopping steps away (it runs to town about every 15 minutes). The third-floor studio looks out over the town and the mountains. Historic downtown Crested Butte and its Elk Avenue — galleries, restaurants, and preserved Old West architecture — are about a seven-minute drive. The area is a year-round outdoor base: skiing and snowshoeing in winter; hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and wildflower season in summer. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC) is about a 45-minute drive.
