Booking direct with Traverse Hospitality means one cancellation policy across every property — no per-listing fine print to decode.
More than 14 days before check-in
Full refund — including taxes and fees. Cancel any time up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival and we'll refund the full amount you paid.
Within 14 days of check-in
Non-refundable. Once you're inside the 14-day window, the booking is no longer eligible for a refund. We can't make exceptions for weather, illness, change of plans, or travel disruptions — please consider trip insurance for stays where flexibility matters.
To cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@traversehospitality.com or call (720) 759-2013. Cancellations are effective as of the date we receive your request.
If you choose to leave before your scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date and do not contact us, the reservation will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Date changes and other modifications are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment. Please contact us to discuss any changes to your reservation.
In cases of documented emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we may offer modified cancellation terms at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Reservations made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policies of those platforms. Please refer to the platform through which you booked for their specific terms.
