We enjoyed the location and there was plenty of parking. Very clean. We knew not to expect a kitchen, but it was very helpful to have a fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven and toaster. The coffee was appreciated too. The only issues we had were the lack of air conditioning and the curtains. None of the rooms have A/C and it was warm even with a window fan. The lobby area was cooled though. The curtains by design do not close fully at the edges. This allows sun to hit you right in the eyes early in the mornings.

It was nice but it’s more like a tiny hotel. In the description it said we would have access to kitchen facilities, but there was only a toaster and no other way to heat up food.

This is a great rental in so many ways. It is perfectly located close to slopes and buses downtown in a lovely condo property. The unit being in a corner has gorgeous views. The big comfy bed and large bathtub were wonderful after a day of skiing. The ski valet is no longer in the building, but closer at one of the shops. Being a corner unit, wifi is iffy in some spots in the room. Moving the table next to the bed took care of this.

We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries. The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away!

You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ).
