One of the few true one-bedroom condos in the Grand Lodge, this fourth-floor unit sleeps 6 and sits about a 5-minute walk from the lifts at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. The bedroom has two queen beds and an ensuite bath; the living room adds a queen Murphy bed, and there are two full bathrooms — so a family of six spreads out instead of squeezing into two hotel rooms. The kitchenette has a full fridge, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher (no oven). On-site: indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center, free parking with EV charging, and a free town shuttle to Elk Avenue. Listed with @BookTraverse

The place was perfect for our family of 3 and my mom. The two queen beds in the bedroom and the Murphy queen in the living room was great. The hot tub and pool were really pleasant. It is perfect to walk to the bus to go down to CB. The location was also fantastic for my 11yr old to all the activities like mountain biking and climbing. We would for sure rent for skiing as well.

Great getaway. Had 3 kids age 14-22 with me we all had space and were very comfortable in our room. Easy access to lifts and convenient shuttle into town. The amenities were great- a steam room sitting after a day on the slopes was amazing and just what I needed to recoup! Kitchen was just fine I brought a crock pot to make dinner, and also used the available stove top and pots and pans. We had plenty of dishes and the dishwasher was a bonus for an easy clean up. I would stay again for sure!

Erin was a great host and unit is the perfect location to get out quickly on the slopes. The unit had everything you need for a ski trip with the family. We spent most of our timeout on the mountain and had just enough space for our family of 5.

The Grand Lodge sits at the base of Mt. Crested Butte, about a 5-minute walk to the lifts and the base village's coffee shop, gear stores and restaurants. The historic town of Crested Butte — known for Elk Avenue's Victorian storefronts, art galleries, breweries and restaurants — is roughly a 10-minute drive or a ride on the free town shuttle. Crested Butte is a true four-season destination. Winter brings skiing and snowboarding right at the base; summer opens up world-class hiking and mountain biking, wildflower season (Crested Butte is Colorado's official Wildflower Capital), rafting and fishing. The Gunnison–Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC) is about a 40-minute drive.

• Not pet friendly (building HOA policy).
• Housekeeping is not daily; a mid-stay turnover can be arranged on request.
