A pet-friendly studio in the Grand Lodge at the base of Mt. Crested Butte — a short walk to the ski lifts, with a cook-in kitchenette. A king bed and a king Murphy bed sleep four, with a full bathroom and a kitchenette (stove, mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker). Guests use the building's indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, gym, and fireplace lobby. Dogs are genuinely welcome, parking is free, and check-in is self-serve by keypad.

My kids, dog and I had a wonderful stay. Pool was warm and fun. The room was comfortable and quiet. So nice that it’s dog friendly. The lodge is located next to great hikes! Would stay again for sure.

Very pleased with the quality of the construction, appliances, and bedding. Everything was as clean as can be. Super comfortable bed, with lots of pillows. I forgot to bring swim trunks, but everyone looked like they enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Lots of friendly dogs on the premises. Very dog friendly lobby, and room, although there are no bowls big enough to use as water bowls for larger dogs, so bring your own dishes. Great black-out blinds. Kitchenette was really nice, but you will need to bring your own cooking oil, and spices, including salt and pepper. There is a convenience store across the street. Will definitely stay here again.

A really great place and perfect for what we needed! More of a hotel vibe, a base camp to do activities. It was a bit hard to cook in the kitchen since there weren't essentials or many pots, spatulas, etc. But otherwise the beds were comfortable and we were lucky to land here over a race weekend.

Erin's place was clean. Bed was comfortable. Decor is a bit outdated. A couple of repairs are needed in the unit. Erin was very responsive. We did have a bit of trouble locating the building as there is a front entrance where our mapping product took us, but it is blocked from entering from the street due to the bus stop. We did figure it out. The area is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there.

Crested Butte, Colorado, United States
The Grand Lodge sits at the base of Mt. Crested Butte, a short walk from the Crested Butte Mountain Resort lifts, with shops and dining right at the Red Lady Express base and the free town shuttle stopping steps away (it runs to town about every 15 minutes). Summer trails leave from the base, and a convenience store and coffee are close by. Historic downtown Crested Butte and its Elk Avenue — galleries, restaurants, and preserved Old West architecture — are about a seven-minute drive. The area is a year-round outdoor base: skiing and snowshoeing in winter; hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and wildflower season in summer. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC) is about a 45-minute drive.
