A ski-in/ski-out 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado. Two king bedrooms — one with a private ensuite bathroom — plus a queen sofa bed in the living room sleep six, and a kitchenette handles coffee, breakfast and snacks. The Grand Lodge building adds an indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center, ski and bike storage, elevator, EV charging and a free outdoor parking pass. The resort base is a five minute walk; historic downtown Crested Butte is two miles down Gothic Road on the free Mountain Express shuttle. Two dogs are welcome.

The Grand Lodge sits at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado, at an elevation of 9,375 ft. The condo is ski-in/ski-out and the resort base area is a five minute walk (0.5 km), putting base-area restaurants, bars and a coffee shop within easy reach on foot: Coffee Lab and A Bar Above are a 10 minute walk, José is 12 minutes, and the Magic Carpet beginner lift is a 13 minute walk. Crested Butte Nordic Center is a two minute drive. Historic downtown Crested Butte is 3 miles south and is served by the free, year-round Mountain Express shuttle. The town is a National Historic District known for its Victorian storefronts, art galleries, and restaurants including The Secret Stash. In the warmer months Crested Butte is a hub for hiking, mountain biking, wildflower walks, rafting and golf, with trailheads and Gothic Road immediately outside. The Umbrella Bar sits at the top of the lift above the base area.

• Building amenities — pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center — are operated by a separate management company and can close without notice. Those closures are outside our control.
• No air conditioning. The building has heat, and at 9,375 ft the nights stay cool and rarely call for it.
• No daily housekeeping — this is a vacation rental, not a hotel. A mid-stay linen turnover is available on request for an added fee with 24 hours' notice.
• Laundry is the building's coin-operated laundry, not in the unit.
• We use a guidebook hosted outside the platform. You will receive an email with the link, and it is the only way to access check-in information; it also handles pet fees and any special requests or upgraded services.
