Overall rating
Room was exactly as pictured. Lots of details about the room, building, and area from the owner. Great location with restaurants, coffee, shops and grocer within walking distance. The shuttle stop and mountain base are right out the door! No A/c in the room and the sun does shine in directly in the summer, so we had to keep the blinds closed and the fan on, but generally we’re very comfortable.

We had a great time in Crested Butte and Erin's place was a perfect home away from home! We were impressed with the upgrades she made to her unit, which was a differentiator from the others in the building. She was proactive in her communications and that made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing couple of days in crested butte. This place felt right at home and it was quite comfy! Quick ride back to town was only 8 minutes and that butte burger was great for any cravings after 9pm!

The Airbnb was nice and the location was perfect. However, I wouldn’t recommend staying in the summer. Only one window opens and there is an exterior light right next to it that stays on all night. And with it being on the top floor and east facing the morning sun quickly heats the room even with blackout curtains.

Great stay! We had a last minute change of plans and we’re grateful to book this lovely studio condo for a one-night stay. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was great, with a convenient and clean kitchenette, comfortable king bed, and TV/entertainment. Easy access to our hiking trailheads in the morning.

We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries. The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away!

This unit is not pet friendly. Only floors 1 and 2 are pet friendly. This unit is on the 5th floor. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ).
