Great spot for Crested Butte adventures! The pool here is always pristine and refreshing, and I appreciate that the hours go until 11. Easy to get in and out!

A few changes along the way but Erin managed well

"Just okay" - Overall it was a nice little condo/apartment, I'd give it 4 stars normally for the $ per value, but there were a few annoyances that took away from the experience. Pros: * Comfortable bed, good assortment of pillows * Good location - Access to the resort and town * Nice property Cons: * WiFi issues - Host was responsive, but basically there was low/no signal in the unit, tethered off my phone most of the trip (needed internet to plan bike/hike objectives) * Close to the elevator - You hear mechanical sounds every time the elevator moves. It's not loud, but you definitely notice it

Overall, was a great experience. The room was nice and within 5 minutes of the mountain. It was clean and perfect size for our family, with lots of amenities. Both hosts were kind and responsive as a team. It was a challenge to find which tower of the building the unit was in and what the unit number was. I had to navigate a few different forms of communication between us to find it. The town of Crested Butte is firm on their parking. For our last day there we checked-out but were riding tge mountain that day. We had to go park a little further down the road to avoid a ticket for staying parked in the Grand Lodge lots. This was bummer, but again it is the city rules not host. I would recommend this spot for the price, though. You won't find anything this reasonable that close to the mountain.

Excellent spot close to the bike park, easy shuttle to get to town. Perfect for what we needed for a quick overnight pit stop between rides

• Building amenities (pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center) are operated by a separate management company and can close without notice — closures are outside our control.
• No air conditioning — the building has heat, and at ~9,400 ft nights stay cool and rarely call for A/C.
• Not pet friendly. The HOA does not allow pets on the 3rd floor (you may see owners' pets elsewhere — building policy, not ours).
• No daily housekeeping (this is a vacation rental, not a hotel). A mid-stay linen turnover is available on request for an added fee with 24 hours' notice.
