A third-floor studio in the Grand Lodge, right at the base of Mt. Crested Butte — about a 3-minute walk to the ski lifts and steps from the town shuttle station. A king bed and a king Murphy bed sleep four, with a full bathroom and a cook-in kitchenette (stove, mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker). Guests use the building's indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, gym, and fireplace lobby. Parking is free and check-in is self-serve by keypad.

Chris' place was perfect for a weekend getaway to Crested Butte! The Lodge is just a few minutes from downtown, trailheads, or slopes.. it's a great location for any time of year.

Host was very responsive, great location. Wifi was insufficient and there is no oven. Otherwise unit was as advertised and very clean upon arrival. The space comfortable for 2 adults.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. For those of you who haven't been to Crested Butte... it's a must. This unit is directly at the base of the mountain as well as the town shuttle station. Everything on the mountain and at the base is within a 5-10 minute walk, and it also provides easy access to some of our favorite hiking trails. Everyone we met and interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10 stay for us.

The Grand Lodge sits right at the base of Mt. Crested Butte, about a 3-minute walk from the Crested Butte Mountain Resort lifts, with shops and dining at the Red Lady Express base and the town shuttle station steps away (the free shuttle runs to town about every 15 minutes). Summer trails leave from the base, and a convenience store and coffee are close by. Historic downtown Crested Butte and its Elk Avenue — galleries, restaurants, and preserved Old West architecture — are about a seven-minute drive. The area is a year-round outdoor base: skiing and snowshoeing in winter; hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and wildflower season in summer. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC) is about a 45-minute drive.
