Fully Renovated, Modern Suite with a mountain view and the best pool/hot tub in Crested Butte! Erin’s place was great for a few days in CB. It was clean, comfortable and easy to access. Erin was proactive with instructions for check in. The listing truly matched the space!

Erin was incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with throughout our entire booking and duration of the trip! Would highly recommend booking this condo if you are looking for a quiet, clean, and beautiful spot to enjoy Crested Butte.

This property was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was with the elevators at The Lodge. When we arrived, one of the two elevators was out of service. When we returned from dinner both elevators were out of service. This was not a problem walking up three flights of stairs. However, when we were ready to checkout with our luggage, both elevators were still out. Both my wife and I are both over 75 years old with mobility issues. This was a major problem! We eventually struggled down the stairs with our luggage but it was a major problem for us. Other than this, we had a very pleasant stay In Crested Butte.

We were extremely happy and comfortable. The condo was very clean and well located. And Erin was very responsive to all our inquiries. Crested Butte is my new favorite place on this earth. I would definitely stay in Erin’s condo again.

We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries. The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away!

Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100.
-Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets on the 3rd floor. You may see pets, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ).
