Incredible host and space! Comfortable, spacious, clean, easy check-in, great pool and hot tub in building. Parking was easy. Just a perfect base camp for a weekend in CB. Highly recommended. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay. Chris is an amazing, responsive host and has one of the best room views at the Grand Lodge that I’ve seen! It was also very quiet and peaceful. We rarely ever heard other guests because the room is at the end of the hall. The space was honestly bigger than we expected, which was so nice since we were traveling with our Golden Retriever and 7 month old baby. We had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to extra blankets, and it was such a stress-free check out experience as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property is just outside downtown Crested Butte. During our stay we biked the paved path down to Crested Butte we visited downtown, restaurants were typical tourist venues. Avoid Jose's located near the property, service was great but the food not so good. Gothis was amazing. Bed was comfortable, however, not sure how anyone would use the murpy bed, you have to move the couch and the table. TV is not smart, so no streaming your fav apps. Cooking is an issue, ine burner and a microwave. Water was hot and pressure good. We were on the 5th floor with great view, but also near the pool and hot tup which was nice but most of the jets dont wor, but a great soak. All in all a great location, comfortable, the property just needs some TLC.

The Grand Lodge sits at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Mt. Crested Butte, a 3-minute walk from the Red Lady Express lift and the base-area shops and restaurants. Historic downtown Crested Butte and Elk Avenue — known for art galleries, breweries, and dining — are 6 minutes away by car or the complimentary town shuttle. The area is a four-season destination: world-class skiing and snowboarding in winter, and hiking, mountain biking, and rafting in summer, with major trailheads 5–25 minutes from the door. Gunnison–Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC) is about a 40-minute drive.
