This was a lovely studio unit and an easy walk to the free shuttle. The Lodge was quiet and very manageable.

Basically a large hotel room in resort setting outside of town. We used fridge, microwave and kuerig. Very easy to get in bldg and room once you sort out East v West building. Parking easy and pass provided. Shuttle bus to town used RT every evening and was super close and convenient (every 20 min in summer). This was a perfect setup for goal of hiking and enjoying bars and restaurants. Nice spot for food and live music A Bar Above right at bus stop. Didn’t investigate any other local spots. We found it all very easy 😊

Chris's place was the perfect location in crested butte, easy access to the hikes we wanted to check out. Pool and hot tub for after so we could relax and unwind. Bed was comfy! easy access to downtown with the bus stop right by.

Perfect location for skiing. Not far from the slopes to walk to with kids. The hot tub and the steam room were a big plus too after a long day of skiing.

The Grand Lodge sits at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Mt. Crested Butte, a 3-minute walk from the lifts, with the free town shuttle stopping right outside. Historic downtown Crested Butte and Elk Avenue — known for art galleries, breweries, and dining — are 6 minutes away. The area is a four-season destination: skiing and snowboarding in winter, and hiking, mountain biking, and rafting in summer, with major trailheads 5–25 minutes from the door. Gunnison–Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC) is about a 40-minute drive.
