The Copper Top Getaway is where you want to be! Excellent spot for the great outdoors. Located two blocks from the Mineral Belt Trail and a couple minutes from Main Street. Managed By: @TraverseHospitality

The property was as pictured, a built out and renovated light filled 2 bdrm basement unit a mere 10 minute walk from the heart of downtown. It had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great WiFi (I had a Zoom meeting so wifi was important). After payment and before receiving the checkin code I was required to sign an unusually through rental agreement. Where the hosts could enter the unit if and as needed with or without notice, we could be evicted from the unit if we had guests (like the older and mellow friends we met in Leadville over for a meal), and the like. I wish the contract was disclosed before I paid a nonrefundable fee for the rental. While the unit was great, the contract was over the top.

Loved this cute little AirBnB. It looked just as advertised. So clean, fresh and decorated so nicely. If you like tempurpedic beds you’ll sleep well on these. They’re so soft you sink into them. They hug you like a cocoon. Unfortunately, I don’t do well with this style bed. Neither did the rest of my crew. The shower was nice. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. I loved that. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The two chairs in the living room recline. Perfect for movie night. Washer and dryer were perfect after I cleaned the washer. Took a lot to get the gunk out. But, it’s doable now. Front loaders are tough to keep clean. Such a darling little Airbnb. Owner was out front. He greeted us with a smile and showed us to our door around back. Parking is close and easy. Needed a sandwich ziplock baggie. Voila, there was a box in the pantry. So helpful! Thank you for a delightful place to stay. 💕

Beautiful unit and very relaxing. Parking is easy and VERY short walk. Wouldn’t let that discourage a booking. Host and owners are welcoming. Convenient location

chris’ place was awesome. a little hard to find due to construction out front but got in no problem. this unit is downstairs, so it was nice and cool during the summer months. super clean, updated, perfect little getaway place. plenty of parking across the street. walkable to downtown but we also used a car. bed was extremely comfy, so many towels and a fully stocked kitchen. we will definitely return!
