A three-bedroom vacation home in Leadville, Colorado, set on a wooded lot with room for six guests to spread out across two floors. Sleep arrangements are a King and two Queen bedrooms, with a main-floor den and an upstairs lounge giving families two separate living areas. Cook for the group in a full kitchen with a wine fridge and dishwasher, then relax by the fireplace. The house sits on a quiet, pine-wrapped street about 5 minutes from downtown Leadville and a grocery store, 4 miles from Turquoise Lake, and 15 minutes from skiing at Ski Cooper. Copper Mountain, Vail/Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone are all day-trip drives. High-speed 1-Gig WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer, per-room heat controls, and a large yard round out a comfortable base for a mountain getaway in any season.

Hands down the best Air BnB we have ever stayed at. Incredibly clean all around, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in showers, even water cups at bathroom sinks. Just a few min drive to town and 15min to Ski Cooper. Each space is individually temp controlled. 1 bd and bath downstairs and another 2 bed/1bath upstairs with another small living area - would be great for a family with older kids! Very responsive hosts and easy checkout process. We were all impressed and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We were going to see ski joring last minute and couldn’t find anywhere to stay and I found this place and it’s exactly what we needed for a nights stay. They even let us get late check out because we got in late from a crazy snow store. I would definitely book again!

Turquoise Lake, 4 miles away, offers paddling, fishing, boating, and a scenic shoreline loop, while the Mineral Belt Trail circles town for cycling and Nordic skiing. Skiing at Ski Cooper is 15 minutes away, and Copper Mountain (25 miles), Vail/Beaver Creek (38 miles), Breckenridge (41 miles), and Keystone (39 miles) are all day-trip drives, making the home a flexible base for a Colorado mountain getaway in any season.
