The property sits on a quiet Victorian-residential block of West 12th Avenue in Denver's Santa Fe Arts District, historically known as La Alma-Lincoln Park. This is one of Denver's oldest neighborhoods and one of only a handful of officially designated cultural districts in Colorado. Two blocks south, Santa Fe Drive is home to more than 60 galleries, studios, restaurants, and performance spaces, plus a monthly First Friday art walk that draws thousands from March through October. Guests regularly walk to Tacos Selene (five minutes), the Buckhorn Exchange — Colorado's oldest restaurant — (eight minutes), and a growing slate of independent coffee shops and wine bars.
