We’d reserved this place at the last moment and weren’t sure what to expect .We were met with this amazing cottage/cabin with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay . View from the kitchen is surreal as is the entire home. Pool table and hot tub - cherry on the cake . Chris is extremely responsive too and very helpful . Easy access to Aspen and Maroon bells and the local grocery store . I’m surely telling my friends all about this lovely place .

Awesome home for a weekend in Leadville! Chris’s place is beautiful & cozy, fully stocked, a short walk to the Main Street and we especially loved hanging in the hot tub and soaking up the views of the mountains. Would absolutely book this place again! Thank you!

We came here for our honeymoon and it was WORTH IT!!! Beautiful view from the hot tub, the back porch, the kitchen window. Great little town, enjoyed shopping! Enjoyed zip-lining and the train in the area! 5 stars all around.

The home is also right on the Leadville Race Series course (100-mile run and bike). Leadville sits at 10,152 feet — the highest incorporated city in North America — surrounded by more 14,000-foot peaks than anywhere in the Rockies. The views from this property are unmatched. Altitude: Leadville sits at 10,152 feet. Some guests experience dizziness or nausea — travel insurance is recommended.
Wildlife: You may encounter local insects and critters — part of mountain living. Keep doors closed when possible.
