Stay in a private one-bedroom suite inside the 1893 mansion of Colorado Governor Jesse McDonald, half a block from Main Street in downtown Leadville. The Parlor pairs original Victorian character with a queen bed, full kitchen, electric fireplace, and a sit-stand desk for remote work. Private entrance, keypad self check-in, dedicated parking, and a pet-friendly policy make it an easy base for Ski Cooper, Copper Mountain, Turquoise Lake, and the Mt. Elbert trailheads. Listed with @BookTraverse.

Awesome location and very spacious. Big living room to relax in. Perfect for a solo or couples adventure in Leadville. Host was very communicative and was helpful when I had a check-out delay.

Layla’s place is in a great location and embodies the Leadville vibe. Kitchen was stocked and even offered special coffee. The unit is comfortable, but be aware that the walls are thin and you will hear your next door and upstairs neighbors. You will have to download a 3rd party app to get in and will then get several auto messages throughout your stay. Overall, it was a convenient and fairly priced stay.

This property is good, clean, and comfortable. The front yard is nice for sitting out and for dog playing. The property location is very convenient within the tourist town and grocery store. Overall, we had a great time staying at this unit.
