As an Airbnb host myself, I know what these reviews mean. The stay was great! It was exactly what we needed for the 1 night passing through. Erin was a fantastic host. Very responsive, and always checking in. My only complaint is that the coffee maker comes with no extras that most customers like. No sugar, no dry creamer. I love black coffee, but no one else in my party does, so when I made coffee to find only pepper, salt, and olive oil in the cabinet, it was disappointing and my party said never mind they can’t drink it 😭. Sugar is not expensive. It should be expected in all Airbnbs. Plus there is a convenience store acres the street but we’re not going to buy it for a 1 night stay. If there was sugar or dry creamer to help all those I know, this review would be less wordage.

Cozy and comfortable, felt right at home. Came for a family wedding and appreciated that the area was in the ski resort area for easy transportation (free, frequent shuttle to town!) and easy access

We stayed two glorious nights at Erin’s place. We had been dispersed camping four nights and were very ready for some nice accommodations. This place came through perfectly! AND they were able to have the place ready for us on very short notice. Just Steps from the lifts. The unit was well stocked and we had our choice of keurig pods or drip coffee! Bed was nice and comfy. Fridge was huge for a unit like this and we could refreeze our gallon water jug for travel.

We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries. The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away!

Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100.
-Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets on the 3rd floor. You may see pets, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ).
