It sleeps up to 6 guests across three separate queen bedrooms — two upstairs and one on the main level — making it well suited to three couples or a small group of friends. The location is the home's strongest feature: guests step out the door and reach restaurants, shops, cafes, and the Leadville 100 race start/finish within a one-to-two-minute walk, with mountain views from the home and patio. The interior keeps its 1880s Victorian character alongside a full kitchen, a living room, fast WiFi, and a smart TV. This is a compact historic home rather than a large new-build rental — the layout is efficient, with a single bathroom and no on-site laundry. Self check-in is handled by a smart lock, and rear parking is available. Lake Turquoise is about 12 minutes away; Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain are each about 25 minutes; Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Beaver Creek are 30–50 minutes east. Summer brings hiking, biking, fishing, and 4x4 routes including Mosquito Pass (13,186 ft). No air conditioning — the 10,152 ft elevation keeps nights in the 40s–50s even in mid-summer.
