What an awesome place to stay! I only wish I could have spent more time there. There was a very recent issue with the router, that could not be taken care of right away, but Chris has a backup one there before I even arrived. Although there are "neighbors", you can't really see the adjacent properties. Extremely serene, saw lots of wildlife strolling peacefully through the yard. This place was immaculately clean, and very cleverly decorated, with lots of space and furniture to relax outside. Hope to return again someday with more time!

Great spot! Nicely furnished! Easy to get anywhere in town. The washer and dryer were wonderful after traveling! Hope to be back someday!

We enjoyed our stay in this historic place. Great location, it was walkable to everywhere. Communication with Chris was very easy and fast. The only issue we had was the check in/out time, 4pm for check in and 10 am for check out seems very inconvenient. When we requested an earlier check in and later check out, we were asked to pay $25 per hour, seems very pricy. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

It was historic, and loved the place . Very cozy and had so many spices for cooking. I wish there was a later checkout so I could’ve enjoyed my morning. I will be coming back. Thank you for sharing your place with me. 💜 Your friend, Vanessa

No pets — Old Saint Vincent HOA rules do not permit pets in the building. Smoke-free — no smoking in the unit, stairways, entryways, or anywhere on the building exterior. Parking: One off-street spot per unit. No RVs, boats, or trailers. Additional vehicles park on the street. No elevator: Historic building — all access is via stairs. Factor this in if traveling with an infant, small children, or mobility limitations. Baseboard heaters: Electric baseboard heaters run along the walls and get hot to the touch. Supervise young children accordingly. Winter temperatures: Historic building with original windows. No central heat — on the coldest winter nights it can feel cool. The corner fireplace, a space heater, and extra blankets are provided. Bring layers December through February. Altitude: Leadville sits above 10,000 ft. Some guests experience headaches, dizziness, or fatigue — drink extra water, go easy on alcohol your first night, consider travel insurance.
