A 1-bedroom condo at the Lodge at Mountaineer Square, right at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Walk to the Silver Queen lift in about three minutes, then come back to a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and mountain views from the balcony. The building adds a heated pool, hot tub, and gym open year-round, plus the only air conditioning in Mt. Crested Butte. King bed and a sofa bed sleep four — built for a ski weekend or a summer hiking base.

Look no further--this is the place. The location is great, right in the middle of Mt Crested Butte, and the condo itself is beautiful, clean, and well equipped. You can easily whip up meals in the kitchen, do a quick load of laundry, watch TV, sit out on the little patio with a cup of coffee, rest well in the comfy bed. We also enjoyed using the gym downstairs. Finally, our host Erin was the best--responsive, friendly, and helpful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean , cozy , had everying we needed go out 3 night stay. We spent a ton of time in the condo cooking and just relaxing. The view is amazing!! Great location, short walk to the lifts , restaurants, bars etc. would definitely stay here again. Erin was a wonderful host , very quick to respond and worked with us on a later check out :)

I highly recommend this condo. It has great views from the balcony, is extremely clean, has a well appointed kitchen for preparing your meals, and is an easy walk to the base for skiing.

The condo is at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Mt. Crested Butte, with the Silver Queen and Red Lady lifts, ski school, rentals, restaurants, and bars all a short walk away. Historic downtown Crested Butte sits about 6 minutes away, where Elk Avenue is lined with restaurants, shops, and galleries. A free town shuttle connects the village to downtown. In summer, some of Colorado's best hiking and mountain biking trailheads are minutes from the building, and the wildflowers that give Crested Butte its nickname peak in July.

Base-area ski storage is available for guests so your gear doesn't come upstairs. Parking: the building/HOA charges $30/night for the heated underground garage, paid on-site to the front desk. It's not a Traverse fee and applies only if you park. The pool, hot tub, and gym are operated by the building's on-site team, so maintenance timing isn't ours to control (they're kept in good shape).
