The Yellowstone Suite is a private queen room with a full sit-stand desk and a private bath (walk-in shower, no tub), inside a Victorian mansion one block off Main Street in downtown Leadville. The room adds a Smart TV and gigabit WiFi; the house adds an outdoor hot tub, four-person infrared sauna, fully stocked community kitchen with gas range, pool table, great room, and two free Tesla EV chargers. One of the more compact rooms — efficient for one or two. A walkable, budget-smart base for Ski Cooper, Copper Mountain, and Mt. Elbert. Listed with @BookTraverse.

House is as described. Chris was easy to get ahold of and responsive. House had very nice public area. Great neighborhood. We walked dowtown for lunch and dinner. Restaurants have great food. Not overpriced. Cool Bars. Great Locals everywhere. Leadville is a great place that has lots of history and plenty to do.

Great location in town. Just far enough off main street to not be noisy, but close enough to walk everywhere. Mountain View from the street. Hot tub was clean and always working properly. Parking area was fairly muddy with limited snow-fall, above freezing temperatures during our stay, and melting snow. It’s mostly a non-issue, but some guests don’t remove their shoes at the door which led to dirt and water tracked through the house. We never found cleaning supplies - we would’ve happily just mopped or at least swept to keep it clean for our socks! We never did ask Chris about it so I can’t say if guests are not allowed access to these supplies or not if requested so I’m really not counting this against them. \n\nRoom specific: the bathroom really is that small! I’m 6’2” and had to sit to pee or get a cramp in my back lol. You may be taller than the showerhead. ALL the last few items are in the description so I knew it would be cramped in the bathroom, but it is true! Go in accepting it!
