10/10. Cannot wait to come back. This stay gives me hope for the Airbnb platform. What an incredible place and team looking after it. Guests were amazing too. Lots of bikers and hikers. Everyone was lovely. Truly amazing experience even compared to private Airbnbs and hotels in the area.

Extremely walkable and close to Harrison. Would be a great stay for anything in Leadville. Hostel-style with about eight different rooms in the house. Did not have any issues with others and found it a great value for location.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place exceeded our expectations. Everything was greatly maintained, the town was so cute, quiet and felt very safe! We also loved the idea of the community kitchen/pantry, I haven’t seen that before at any other airbnb and it is nothing short of genius and saves so much waste! For how many people were parked here it was very quiet in the house and everyone else staying here was friendly! If we ever found ourselves out here again we would love to stay here again!

Great stay overall! The location was perfect — walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable, and the room was fairly clean as well. We could barely hear the other house guests, so it felt pretty quiet and relaxing. The only downside was that we sometimes ran out of hot water during showers, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Chris was really nice and communicative throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend!
