The place is absolutely outstanding and a great value for the price. I enjoyed it so much I ended up extending my stay. The room and bathroom were both super clean, the kitchen has everything you need, and you can't beat the sauna/hot tub. I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family staying in the Leadville area.

Great location, great value and a spacious common area. Two refrigerators in the kitchen left plenty of room for everyone. I will try to stay here again the next time I visit Leadville.

Amazing place, with everything you need for a great vacation. It’s very close to everything in Leadville and it has hot tub, sauna, pool and poker tables. We will be back.

The house is quirky, and I did not read carefully enough to realize the living areas are shared, though this wasn’t an issue for the most part. Any movement from others can be heard in the room, like someone getting ice at 11pm. A couple things that we did not love: although VERY clean, our room smelled so strong of bleach that we had to open the widows. Thankfully, it was a nice day. There was no exhaust fan for the bathroom, so it go very swampy during our showers. We would have just left the bathroom door open, but the smaller of the two windows does not have any covering. With 4-5 homes with windows facing us, we had to change in the bathroom or the far corner. It’s entirely possible none of those homes contains a perv with binoculars, but tangible privacy would have been deeply appreciated. One of the other guests shared that only one of their windows had a covering and one did not. Please install more drapes/shades, and possibly an exhaust fan in the exterior bathroom wall.

This place was a gorgeous spot perfectly placed right by the main parts of town. We were able to walk to all meals and came back to a cozy stay. The sauna is very nice to relax in and Chris was very responsive any time we needed him
