Basement: a tenant lives in the basement apartment with a separate entrance in the back. The basement is not accessible to guests. The tenant keeps to himself.
Wildlife: Leadville is in the mountains — you may see wildlife or insects. Keep doors closed when possible.
Altitude: Leadville sits at 10,152 ft. Altitude sickness symptoms (dizziness, nausea, headache) are common for visitors from lower elevations. Hydrate well, take it easy on day one, and consider travel insurance if you're concerned. We cannot offer refunds for altitude-related issues.
Sustainability: The property runs on renewable wind energy offsets. Please help by turning off lights, adjusting heat, and recycling.
