The place is unassuming from the outside but was immaculate and beautiful inside. I thought Alex was extremely clear with communication and instructions and I though the price was pretty fair too. I've lived in CO for 16 years and been all over these mountains but for some reason never in Leadville. What and AWESOME town and area. I highly recommend taking a weekend trip there in any season, and i highly recommend getting this place. You can't beat the location and can walk anywhere in town in 5 min.

I really enjoyed my stay at Alex's place! He's a great host and very responsive. Checking in/out is so easy. The condo was cute and super clean. The kitchen had everything I needed during my stay, and I really appreciated the included coffee, spices and updated appliances. The sauna was a huge plus and I definitely recommend using it! And just as the other reviewers mentioned, the bed was really comfortable! I also loved how centrally located the condo is. I literally walked everywhere and I rarely needed my car...except to explore the nearby lakes and trails. It's a great place and I will definitely be back!

Great location to walk to everything in town, bike the Mineral Trail, visit Turquoise Lake, and generally be a home base for the beautiful area. Sauna was a major plus!

Other than the obvious stellar location, the bed was SO comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Both very important when you’re hiking every day. Beautiful unit! Super clean and full of thoughtful touches. We never had any issues finding parking close by. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here- the space was immaculately clean! I was pleasantly surprised that the bed was actually a king (I think the listing said queen) and it was comfortable! My only small suggestion would be that it would have been nice to have blackout curtains on the front door, it got pretty bright and hot in the living room during the day and at night it felt like people on the sidewalk walking by could see through the shade but other than that, it was perfect!

Leadville, Colorado, United States
You're one block off Harrison Avenue (Main Street) in downtown Leadville, Colorado — the highest incorporated town in North America at 10,152 ft. Within a 5-minute walk: Harrison Avenue restaurants (Treeline Kitchen, Quincy's Steakhouse, High Mountain Pies, Tennessee Pass Café), Periodic Brewing and Two Mile Brewing, the National Mining Hall of Fame, and the Healy House Museum. City Market grocery is 8 blocks south on Poplar Street. The Mineral Belt Trail — an 11.6-mile paved loop around town — is a few blocks away for hiking and biking in summer, cross-country skiing and fat-biking in winter. For bigger days: Ski Cooper and the Tennessee Pass Nordic Center are a 25-minute drive, Copper Mountain 35 minutes, Twin Lakes and the Mt. Elbert trailheads about 25 minutes. Leadville hosts Boom Days each August and Ski Joring on Harrison Avenue each March, and the Leadville Trail 100 race series runs all summer.
