Imogene Home is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-story home on Imogene Circle, a quiet wooded residential street north of Leadville, Colorado. The home sleeps up to 10 guests across 6 real beds (plus a sleeper sofa in the game room and a pullout day bed), making it configured for two traveling families, a multi-generation group, or a Ski Cooper / Copper ski crew of 8–10. The main level holds a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. Three full bathrooms are split across the home. The heated 2-car garage has been converted into a game room with a ping-pong table — a popular feature in 14 reviews. The private back deck holds a hot tub with mountain views — the property's most-mentioned amenity (37 of 102 reviews name it). A gas grill and fenced backyard round out the outdoor space. Downtown Leadville is 5 minutes south by car. Ski Cooper is 15 minutes north on US-24. Copper Mountain is 30 minutes east. Twin Lakes and the Mt. Elbert North trailhead are 30 minutes south. Vail is 45 minutes via I-70. No air conditioning — Leadville-area nights stay in the 40s–50s even in July. Pet-free home. Managed by Traverse Hospitality.

The house was clean and well stocked. I didn’t ask or let her know we couldn’t find the ping pong balls. I just went to the store and bought some leaving them at the house when we left. We had a sick child and needed some cleaning supplies but nothing was available. I just cleaned up with paper towels and dish soap the best I could. I can understand that so many things can disappear when guests stay at a rental and cleaning supplies are expensive. She was very prompt and kind responding to any of my concerns & questions.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze.

Great place to stay and great parking

We really liked this property. Easy to find, easy in and out, good floor plan, very functional kitchen. Everything was clean and in working order. Only thing I could complain about is the ping pong table is pretty worn out, the paddles are terrible, and there were no pong pong balls. Parking was really good and it is very convenient to town. We hiked to the top of Mr. Elbert. Holy Smokes! That is quite the challenge.

The stay was a great location - just north of downtown Leadville and just about 12 minute drive from Ski Cooper. We didn't have the chance to ski because it was too warm, but enjoyed watching march madness, playing boardgames and getting into the hot tub. We had a small issue with the hot tub that was resolved within 24hours of reaching out to the manager.

This was a perfect place to stay for going to SkiCooper everyday. Leadville is also a very unique and cool town. The house was great.
