Pine Street Retreat is a designer 1-bedroom home one block off Main Street in downtown Leadville. Soak in the private, year-round hot tub under the mountains, warm up by the fireplace, and walk to restaurants, bars, and coffee in under a block. The fully fenced backyard has a dog door off the bedroom, so pets are genuinely welcome. King bed, in-unit washer/dryer, fast WiFi, and a standing desk round out a comfortable base for hiking the 14ers, riding the Mineral Belt Trail, or skiing Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was wonderful, one block from main Street. The house is super cozy and comfortable! Communication with the host was absolutely perfect, highly recommended ☺️

Charming and very comfortable abode. We especially enjoyed the patio with hot tub and cozy couch and bed. Very close to walking to shops, coffee and dinner. We loved it!

Great little place in Leadville! My husband and i stayed one night and we had all we needed. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was a great bonus. We would definitely stay again!

I have been visiting Leadville for the better part of three decades, multiple times in a year, and have stayed in many renovated "Leadville houses". Alex's place was definitely top three. Great host, great communication, great property, great location ....great. Will definitely look to stay again. If you need a small, intimate place for your Leadville trip, this is a great option.

No A/C — at 10,152 ft, Leadville rarely needs it. Summer highs run 65–75°F; open the windows for a mountain breeze.
Pets welcome (2 max) — $50 per stay. The fully fenced backyard has a dog door off the bedroom, so your dog can come and go.
Altitude is real at 10,152 ft. Drink extra water, take your first day easy, and consider travel insurance. Symptoms can include headaches and nausea; we can't refund for altitude sickness.
Mountain living: you may encounter local wildlife or insects — part of the experience at altitude. We keep the home well-sealed but recommend keeping doors closed when possible.
