Excellent stay, very rustic and had a cool historical feel and was walkable to Main Street and downtown. One of the best amenities was the balcony at this unit, overlooking the mountains and Leadville. Great place to stay in Leadville!

We had a wonderful stay at Alex’s place❣️ The loft was clean, comfortable, spacious, and full of character. We especially enjoyed the unique history of the building which made the stay feel even more memorable. The location was great, and Alex was an excellent host - friendly, very responsive, and incredibly accommodating with our late arrival and later checkout. We truly appreciated his kindness and flexibility. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it❣️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I Love this place! Stayed here with my family about 7 years ago, and couldn't wait to return! I just love looking out the windows at Mt Massive and Mt Elbert. Close to everything Leadville has to offer! Many hiking opportunities close by. Short walk to downtown and the Mineral Belt Trail. Beautiful condo with some original brick walls, very tall ceilings, and modern renovations make this place awesome! Loved the sauna so much, I had to buy one for myself when I returned home. Great neighbors - couldn't even hear that there were others staying in the building. The whole place was squeaky clean, and well thought out decor make it outstanding! I can't wait to return again!

Walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and galleries in under two minutes. Leadville is surrounded by more 14,000-foot peaks than anywhere else in the Rockies. Ski Cooper is 12 minutes away, Copper Mountain 25 minutes, Breckenridge 35 minutes, and Vail 45 minutes. The Mineral Belt Trail starts nearby for hiking and mountain biking right from town.

The building is a converted 1880s hospital — that's part of the character. Original wood floors may creak, and you may hear neighbors occasionally. Light sleepers: bring earplugs.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking
