Remodeled 1-bedroom home in historic downtown Leadville, one block off Harrison Avenue (Main Street). Walk to shops, coffee, and restaurants in five minutes, then return to a quiet house set beside an aspen grove. The kitchen and bathroom are fully remodeled, with a giant walk-in shower, in-unit washer/dryer, and free street parking. A dedicated standing desk and 300 Mbps WiFi make it a strong base for remote-work stays, and it's 15 minutes to Ski Cooper and 30 to Copper Mountain. Sleeps 2 in one queen bedroom. Great location in the town of Leadville. Close to Main Street so walking anywhere is very easy. Beautiful view from the front door! Clean and comfy! Great bathroom. Would recommend to any group of 1-2 people needing a nice stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and pristine. It was quiet. We woke up to hearing the birds chirp which is very relaxing. We were also just 2 blocks from the main street that had all the shops and restaurants on it. We were very close to every event or activity we chose to do. Chris was an excellent host!

I absolutely loved this place. It was cozy just like I wanted it to be. Great walking distance from downtown. Very peaceful even though we were surrounded by neighbors. Five stars for sure.

Had a wonderful time at this home and Chris was the best! Very responsive and friendly. Definitely worth it and great value for the money. Also, can I just say that the bathroom and shower were soooo nice and the house was super clean.

This home sits one block off Harrison Avenue, the historic Main Street of Leadville, Colorado, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Within a five-minute walk you'll reach downtown shops, coffee houses, and restaurants, plus the Healy House Museum and Dexter Cabin. Leadville is the highest incorporated city in North America at 10,150 feet, surrounded by Mount Elbert and Mount Massive, Colorado's two tallest peaks. Skiers are 15 minutes from Ski Cooper and 30 minutes from Copper Mountain. In summer, the Colorado Trail, Turquoise Lake, Twin Lakes, and the Leadville Race Series trailheads are all a short drive away, making this a genuine year-round base for exploring the high country.
