This place was magical. Exactly what we wanted for the Leadville 100 MTB experience. This place has so much charm. It's so fun being in a historic building. The house was great. The yard is huge. Loved it. My family love it!

We enjoyed our stay in Leadville and the house was what we needed...walkable to downtown (we were there for Boom Days and the burro races!), enough space for everyone, and a place to disconnect at the end of the day. We recommend the place for anyone needing lots of room to spread out, close to town, clean and comfortable!

This is a great house in Leadville. Lots of space, great location, and a sweeping and peaceful yard. We have stayed here twice and highly recommend it.

Overall a great place for a big group to stay. Plenty of space for everyone. The beds were not very comfortable. Two of the three couples choose to sleep separately rather than share the beds. Things were mostly very clean, though we found some unwashed sheets in the closet. Really appreciated the easy check-out instructions. Love Leadville.
