This pet-friendly 2-bedroom house sits a one-minute walk from Main Street in downtown Leadville, with a private hot tub on the deck and a fully fenced yard for dogs. The king and queen bedrooms sleep four; the master adds a skylight and a private balcony with Mt. Massive views. A dedicated home office (standing desk, monitor, keyboard) makes remote work easy, and the living room has an electric fireplace, coffee bar, Sonos, and a Smart TV. Dogs travel light here — beds, bowls, blankets, and a crate are provided. Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain are about 25 minutes away; Turquoise Lake and the Mt. Elbert trailhead are even closer.

Tolles Airbnb in Leadville. Viel Platz, sehr schön eingerichtet und gut gelegen, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss mitten im Zentrum. Nach der anstrengenden Wanderung kann man herrlich im Whirlpool oder auf der schönen Terrasse entspannen. Und wenn man wie wir noch schnell ein Video von der Leadville Railroad schneiden will, hat es einen komplett eingerichteten Arbeitsplatz, super!

Wonderful stay! Perfect location near all the popular Leadville spots — the saloon, shopping, and great eats. The place was very clean despite being pet friendly, and we loved the comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and relaxing hot tub after long days out. The written recommendations were such a thoughtful touch and made the trip even better.

You're a one-minute walk from Main Street (Harrison Avenue) in downtown Leadville — the highest city in North America at 10,152 ft — with saloons, restaurants, shops, and mining-era history. Turquoise Lake (paddling, fishing, the shoreline trail) is about 12 minutes away, and the Mt. Elbert trailhead — Colorado's highest peak — is about 26 minutes. Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain are roughly 25 minutes; Vail, Breckenridge, and Keystone are 30–50 minutes over the passes. Summer brings 14ers, hiking, and the lake; winter brings skiing and a quiet historic town.

- Sleeps 4: 1 king, 1 queen, one full bathroom.
- For stays longer than 15 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and an additional fee of $150 will apply. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensures the home stays comfortable for the duration of your stay.
- No A/C. Elevation is 10,152 ft — hydrate on day one; altitude sickness is real and not refundable.
- Private hot tub: please follow the posted care notes.
- Dogs allowed, $60 +tax for one pet and $120 +tax for two pets max . (No more than 2 dogs and must not be larger than 50lbs each). Cannot leave pet unattended in the unit unless crated. Large dog crate available.
- A friendly reminder that Leadville's Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. These are also good times to turn off exterior lights so people can enjoy the stars at night. We appreciate our guests being good neighbors, ensuring that our mountain town is always an enjoyable place for visitors and residents alike!
-There is a long term renter on the first floor, please be mindful of this.
-Parking is in front of the main gate or in driveway, not on the street. No more than 2 cars allowed per booking.
- Please note - the gas fire table on the deck is small and does not put out a ton of heat in wintertime, but it is nice to enjoy in summer.
- Because the entrance to the house includes external stairs, please be careful of snow and ice. The property management team clears the stairs and deck, but just in case, you can also use the available ice melt and snow shovels as needed for your early morning excursions after a storm.
