We rented this place for a wedding get away and it's the perfect family and friends home to visit. It has it's charm and gave the Leadville charm to it! The host was very helpful and went above an beyond for our questions we had. 😊 The place was a Victorian dream! Thank you for having us

Everything was awesome! Only note would be that WiFi doesn’t work in the full house and is touch and go so we couldn’t use televisions in bedrooms. Otherwise great location, cleanliness, and as expected!

Been summiting Mt Elbert in Leadville, and stayed at Chris’s house, it was just the place we needed for our purpose. And after long day of hiking/climbing. That hot tub was hitting the spot. Clean floors ( we were walking barefoot in the house) clean bathrooms, clean towels, and clean bed sheets. Plenty of beds to accommodate big company. This house was a perfect stay for our trip!

Nice layout and comfortable for our group. This is a very old house which comes with a lot of character. The stairs to the upper bedrooms are quite steep, so be aware. Also, creeky floors and doors, but like I said, character! We would come back.

The location of Cloud City Castle is one of the main reasons we chose to manage it - it's amazing! You're only 2 blocks from Harrison Street, Leadville's Main Street, but the neighborhood itself is quiet, peaceful and safe. The house has a shared courtyard (with the West Wing) with a hot tub and plenty of indoor space!

Since this unit is part of a duplex, there can be some noise transfer from unit to unit. As such, please respect our quiet hours policy of 10PM to 8AM daily.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
