This place was more than you could ask for. The views from the balconies are breathtaking and worth the cost of the stay. The access to the trails was easy and couldn’t have asked for a better place for me and my family to stay at.

The property has two decks with excellent views of Twin Lakes and Hope Mountain and Hope Pass. We enjoyed sitting on one of the decks and taking in the view. The house is very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin had wonderful views from both decks! We tried to use the fridge in the garage since we had lots of food for a one week stay, but it had lots of mold. Also saw a mouse, which isn’t surprising considering the location in the nature. Would stay again!

What a great spot for our hiking base camp. Very accessible to Twin Lakes and Leadville for food and drink. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a wonderful view!

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
