The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Was modern and clean comfort in a beautifully rustic setting. Would 100% stay there again!

Beautiful views, cozy towels, & easy access. We loved staying here before our motorcycle ride through the continental divide. Only suggestion would be to have plenty stock of coffee & tea. It’s the smallest detail that makes all the difference. I’m sure we will be back to stay in the fall for a seasonal color change ride.

My husband, daughter and I loved our stay in Twin Lakes. The house was spotless, comfortable and within 45 minutes of the collegiate peaks, Independence Pass Ridge trail, Ptarmigan Lake and more. We loved having this as a base camp for all of our hikes and will definitely stay here again.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
