They were amazing communicators. Anytime we had an issue I would text them and they texted back immediately. The cabin was absolutely adorable, super clean and really well stocked. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Staying at this cabin, completed our full immersion into the mountains and forests of Colorado. The kitchen was well stocked, including a coffee pot, toaster, stovetop , oven, and dishwasher but no dishwasher soap. The sauna was wonderful after a long day of hiking and adventures. The wood-burning stove came with wood and a lighter and completed the picturesque ambience of a mountain log cabin stay. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses firm. This particular cabin is pet friendly which makes it understandable that there was a strong odor of cat urine in the master bedroom. Other than the urine odor, the cabin was very clean, with clean linens, clean dishes as well as clean rooms. The cabin was easy to find using GPS and entry into the cabin was easy. The cabin comes with a grill, so if a guest plans to use it, they will need to bring their own charcoal. This was my family‘s first Airbnb experience EVER, and it was so positive that we would use Airbnb again.

I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price it wasn’t worth it. We were in a pinch and needed a place and that’s why we chose it. Cons Price Trash and rubbish all around the property, especially the back yard area Lots of dust Not very kid friendly with many trinkets Too cluttered Hard beds Much smaller than expected Pros Awesome location in the forest Lots of provided games and puzzles Great communication with host

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
