We had the most perfect girls weekend getaway here. Our host was responsive about our initial questions and was very friendly. We were able to easily make a quick trip into Leadville to do a little shopping and have some ice cream. The property was very quiet and peaceful. One afternoon we even had a family of deer right outside our door! It’s was overall a fantastic stay!

Very nice condo close to Leadville. We stayed 3 nights with four adults. Check in was easy and communication with the property manager was very good. There were some issues with the well water pump for the property on our third day but management was responsive in the repair. The home was clean and well stocked. Appliances, TV and other items in the house are dated but all were functional. Internet speed was excellent. The condo is in a small community (~10 - 15 other units) but there was plenty of parking. Shared back porch with one other unit but you have your own entry, washer/dryer and parking space. Downtown Leadville is about a 5-10 min drive with shops, restaurants and groceries. Overall, a good experience and we would certainly come back. Thank you for a nice stay.

Host communicated very well before during and after our stay. The location was great. Close enough to town but far away enough to enjoy the peace. Property was great in and around. Would recomend to all!

There’s no end to the outdoor activities you can enjoy here, from mild scenic hikes to ultra-athletic pursuits, and we’re not limited by season. Head out on a fall colors bike ride, ski or snowshoe, go fly fishing, or climb the fourteeners! And as for the great indoors, we have plenty of restaurants, shops and historical attractions.
