This home is not child/baby proof, the electrical outs do not have covers, cabinets do not have locks, there is a heavy plant pot on a stool. We want to be transparent about this in case you bring a toddler.

This property is NOT pet friendly. - sorry, $100 fine if violated and immediate departure. Owners occupy this home part-time and have two dogs so this home is not recommended for people allergic or sensitive to dogs. No smoking, anything, inside of the property. Please go outside if you'd like to smoke tobacco or marijuana and dispose of butts properly. The home has a level 2 EV charger in back.
For stays longer than 15 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and an additional fee of $150 will apply. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensures the home stays comfortable for the duration of your stay.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
