We had a great time and the view was breathtaking. The house was very comfortable and had a lot of activities. The beds were so comfortable too.

The place was cute! Loved the pool table! The shower head in the master bedroom was awesome! It was nice to have a washer & dryer. Chris the host was great! I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love Leadville, and wanted to share this town with friends visiting CO for the first time. 24 hours before check-in, the Willow fire grew to 2,000 acres, 0% contained, 4 miles from this AirBnb, and West Leadville was pre-evacuating. I reached out to the host to see if some other arrangement could be made - adjusting the dates, renting another property from his company, etc. Host said the only option was to continue the reservation or cancel. If someone else booked, then I would receive a refund, but who on earth would book in those conditions? AirBnb Support was no help either since it was not an active evacuation zone. After talking to fire and rescue and the county commissioner’s office, we stayed away, mostly not to put any more pressure on emergency services. I love Leadville, but the whole experience left me so disappointed. If you are thinking of booking this place, AVOID THE SUMMER. Don’t get screwed over like I did. Even with the insurance, you can get screwed.
