The Forget-Me-Not is a 3-bedroom Pink Victorian located on West 2nd Street in downtown Leadville, Colorado — a few blocks from Harrison Avenue's restaurants, breweries, and historic landmarks. The home sleeps 6 in real beds: a king bedroom, a double bedroom, and a third bedroom with two single beds. Two full bathrooms (one with a stand-up shower, one with a jetted tub) and an open living/dining/breakfast bar layout make this a comfortable base for couples, small families, or two pairs of friends. The wood stove handles winter heat (Leadville averages 100+ inches of snow per year), and the fenced yard handles summer afternoons. The kitchen is fully stocked: gas range, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and the cookware/utensil/coffee setup for cooking dinner for 6 instead of eating out every night. Location is the strongest part of the listing: walking distance to Harrison Avenue (5–10 min on foot to most restaurants), the Mineral Belt Trail (paved 11.6-mile loop accessible from downtown), the Tabor Opera House (1879), and the National Mining Hall of Fame & Museum. Ski Cooper is approximately 25 minutes by car; Twin Lakes and the Mt. Elbert / Mt. Massive trailheads are also approximately 25 minutes. Copper Mountain is 35–40 minutes east, Vail/Beaver Creek about 45-50. Managed end-to-end by Traverse Hospitality — City of Leadville licensed, Superhost-rated.
