Plaza at Woodcreek 431 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath ski condo at the base of Mt Crested Butte, Colorado. Walk 5 minutes across the street to the Silver Queen Express lift and ski home at the end of the day. Sleeps 6 in one king bed plus a full-over-twin bunk in the second bedroom. Inside: wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen with stainless appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, two full bathrooms, balcony with direct views of the Mt Crested Butte peak, and rustic mountain-lodge finishes throughout. Plaza at Woodcreek residents share an outdoor hot tub (open year-round), dry sauna, heated outdoor pool (summer), tennis and pickleball courts, and a private shuttle into downtown Crested Butte. Covered parking included. Located at the Mt Crested Butte base area, the condo is 5 minutes on foot to the Silver Queen Express, 7 minutes by car to historic downtown Crested Butte, and 40 minutes from Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC). Managed by Traverse.

The place was beautiful, and had GREAT views. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Erin was very helpful and responsive. It was just what we were looking for and was also quiet, which was a huge bonus. Thanks Erin!!

We enjoyed the condo so much and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. It’s right across the street from the mountain. It was so easy to get up and get our skis from Christy’s each morning. They also had a ski locker if you prefer to bring your stuff back with you. The beds were super comfy and we couldn’t wait to get in after a long day of skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. The kids enjoyed their room and bathroom. The laundry room was a bonus, so we could wash our ski clothes each day. Erin was an excellent host and had great communication! She made it so easy to check-in and check-out. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

If this place is available, just book it. You will not regret it! Absolutely perfect location, and a beautiful view. Nicely laid out bedrooms, spacious and comfy dining/living areas. We’ll be back to this one!

Easy to book and communicate. Once on site there was not a hairdryer in unit but a very helpful young lady who worked in the main lobby was able to locate a new one for the unit.

Plaza at Woodcreek is located in the Mt Crested Butte base village, the walkable ski-village district at the foot of Mt Crested Butte ski area. The Silver Queen Express lift is directly across Snowmass Road, 5 minutes on foot. The immediate neighborhood around The Plaza is the CBMR base village. Within a 5-minute walk: Mountaineer Square (restaurants, coffee shops, ski rentals, ticket offices),Coffee Lab, A Bar Above, Butte 66 Roadhouse, and Gear demo and rentals at Butte & Co and Crested Butte Sports. Historic downtown Crested Butte (Elk Avenue) is 3 miles / 7 minutes by car and reachable by the free Mountain Express shuttle, which runs every 15 minutes during ski season. Downtown features independent shops, art galleries, breweries, and restaurants including Secret Stash Pizza, Brick Oven Pizzeria, The Dogwood Cocktail Cabin, and Soupçon. Nearby attractions: Crested Butte Mountain Resort (skiing, snowboarding, Nordic trails, Evolution Bike Park), Crested Butte Nordic Center, Kebler Pass, Lake Irwin, Gothic Ghost Town, West Elk Wilderness hiking, and the Taylor and Gunnison Rivers for fly fishing. The Crested Butte Wildflower Festival (July) and Music Festival (July–August) draw summer crowds. Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC) is 28 miles / 40 minutes south.
