Sleeps 6 across a queen suite and a queen-over-queen bunk room, with two full bathrooms, a gas fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen. Year-round base for Winter Park skiing (30 minutes), Rocky Mountain National Park (40 minutes to the Grand Lake entrance), Lake Granby boating, and the Granby Ranch bike park and golf course in summer. Location is obviously important with this listing, and if you're looking for a convenient home base to ski at granby ranch, this is perfect. The hot tub feels great. As advertised.

We loved the condo and its location to ski in and out at Grandby Ranch.

Solid location at Granby. Steps to the slopes, just above the base ski lodge. Cozy cabin feel and decor. Fire place was nice. Hot tub nice after day in the snow. Nothing bad about it, but not 5 stars. Pay attention to listing, as there is no laundry in unit. Supposedly a coin laundry downstairs, but it didn’t try to find it. Main problem: sheets were supposedly washed, but they did not seem like it. They had hair, lint and other debris on them. They were wrinkly and just didn’t see fresh. Kitchen wasn’t perfectly cleaned either if that bothers you (food splatter on the stove). My kids loved the bunk bed. Rustic and massive. You have to navigate some steps to get to it, but it is probably the fewest of any unit.

Un lugar acogedor, con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. El jacuzzi estuvo delicioso. Todo muy cómodo. Lo recomiendo.

The two main reasons we chose this condo were 1) ski in / ski out access to Granby Ranch and 2) private interior hot tub. Both features were exactly as described. It’s about a 50 yard walk to access a lower section of one of the ski runs at the resort. Very easy access. The hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. It fits 4 adults, is easy to operate, and very private. Overall the rest of the space was great. It was roomy and the kitchen was better stocked than advertised. If you’re looking for views from inside, this listing is not for you as the limited windows face the parking lot or a common corridor with other units. This unit is on the second floor of a three level condo complex so if the upstairs unit has people in it, you will hear their foot steps. The kitchen had all the appliances you need. Small dings: 1) bedroom dresser and a couple pots weren’t thoroughly cleaned; 2) No smart tvs. The hosts were amazing to deal with. We hope to come back sometime.

Granby, Colorado, United States
The Mountainside complex sits at the base of Ski Granby Ranch in Granby, Colorado — ski-in/ski-out in winter, with the nearest run about 50 yards from the building, just above the base lodge. In summer, Granby Ranch runs a lift-served mountain bike park, an 18-hole golf course, and stocked fishing ponds. The town of Granby is 10 minutes away with City Market groceries, restaurants, and shops. Within an easy drive: Winter Park Resort (30 minutes) for big-mountain skiing, Lake Granby (15 minutes) for boating and kayaking, Grand Lake — Colorado's largest natural lake — and its boardwalk village (30 minutes), the Grand Lake west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park (40 minutes) with Trail Ridge Road access in summer, and the mineral pools at Hot Sulphur Springs (20 minutes). Denver and Denver International Airport are roughly 2 hours via US-40 over Berthoud Pass.

• No in-unit laundry — coin-operated laundry is downstairs in the building.
• Garden-level unit: living room windows face the building's walkway.
• TVs carry basic cable and are not smart TVs.
• Hot tub is private to the unit and runs year-round; report any temperature issue and we'll respond same-day.
• After booking you'll receive an email link to our digital guidebook — this is the only way we share check-in details.
