One of very few true 1 Bedroom condos in the Grand Lodge! This unit sleeps 4: -Sleeping Arrangements: Private Bedroom with King BD and ensuite bath , Murphy BD in Living Room -Room Features: kitchen, bar top and stools, fridge, burner, dishwasher, microwave (no oven). Separate dining area -Location: 5th FL in the East BLDG, less than 5 minutes to Crested Butte Mountain Resort Listed with @BookTraverse

The property is just outside downtown Crested Butte. During our stay we biked the paved path down to Crested Butte we visited downtown, restaurants were typical tourist venues. Avoid Jose's located near the property, service was great but the food not so good. Gothis was amazing. Bed was comfortable, however, not sure how anyone would use the murpy bed, you have to move the couch and the table. TV is not smart, so no streaming your fav apps. Cooking is an issue, ine burner and a microwave. Water was hot and pressure good. We were on the 5th floor with great view, but also near the pool and hot tup which was nice but most of the jets dont wor, but a great soak. All in all a great location, comfortable, the property just needs some TLC.

Chris’s place matched the description! We loved being so close to the ski lifts and easy access to the hot tub/pool. Chris’s place offers lots of room and storage and gave our family plenty of room to spread out and get ready. We enjoyed our stay and would book again! Very responsive and easy to work with.

Easy access to lifts, the TV was very dark and could not be adjusted, also 1 of the shower was not working - overall a great stay and value

We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries. The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away!

Please be aware that the Grand Lodge pool and hot tub will be closed starting April 8, 2024 for about a week for necessary preventative maintenance work.
This property does not have air conditioning.
Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100.
