Great place to stay right in town within minutes of downtown. The description did mention a 1 over the door, but there's actually an A. It was descriptive enough to get in just gave a bit of pause. If you like firm mattresses and pillows, you'll love the room with the sauna. There's no AC so it got warm inside during the day (stayed in June) and took a while to cool off at night. There are several fans throughout the house to use. The lighting in the main room could be way better. There are no lamps in the living room and the dining room light isn't bright enough to light it up. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'd stay again even with these caveats.

We had a great stay. Very clean and open space. The location was perfect and easy to walk to the main street (Harrison). If I come back next year, I'll stay there again!

Very much enjoyed my stay here! Lovely, clean unit within convenient walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Leadville. The place was spotless and had all the amenities you need! Alex was also super responsive and quickly replaced a missing hairdryer while I was out. It was quiet at night with no noticeable street noise. As others have mentioned, the bedrooms get quite warm - I cracked a window / kept the bedroom door open to accommodate for this. Certainly no fault of the host, just the heating system. I'd happily stay again!

Leadville's snow season runs November through April.
