We stayed here for a week for my daughter's wedding. We had other family staying in the area as well. We comfortably had the bridal party over & cooked dinner for family members one evening. Kitchen was very well stocked & the propane grill on the back deck was used at least 3 nights we were there. The house is clean & spacious. Sauna & hot tub are an added bonus for sure! Nice hammock & swing in the yard. Also a beautiful fire pit, but we couldn't use it due to fire danger. Being from the coast of Texas, I was a little concerned about not having AC but we were totally comfortable (even chilly at night and early morning) w/o it. All bedrooms are upstairs. A little challenge for my mother who is 79 & not used to the elevation! Also, no handrails on in bathrooms if that is something you need. Just side notes if accessibility is important Host was very responsive to messages and communicated about a wild fire in the area for our safety. This place helped make our stay so enjoyable!

Had an issue with the hot tub but Chris was right on top of it and fixed it as soon as his hot tub guy could come out and get it fixed and did a great job. The place was super clean and we felt right at home. We enjoyed staying there. Very nice sauna too! It was a 5 star review from us.

loved this house! hot tub was a huge hit with our kids, the bedrooms were large and fit our family of 5 very comfortably. the house is well appointed and being just 5 minutes from downtown Leadville was perfect to feel like we were tucked away in the mountains but close enough for groceries and a good late!

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
