We really loved this house! It was very cozy, clean, and beautifully set up. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, and the atmosphere was amazing. We especially enjoyed the location and the beautiful views around the property. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

This home was beautiful and in a perfect location close to Leadville! The hot tub and sauna were wonderful after our longer hikes! 10/10 would stay here again!!

We had a great girls weekend in this cozy cabin! The interior is a great combination of cozy cabin with modern touches and soft lighting that makes you feel right at home. Loved the roomy kitchen for meals and the hot tub was fantastic. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful - would happily return!

Stay was great. Very pleasant surroundings. The dark sky provided great star gazing, through the trees, for the midwestern visitors. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub. Adults enjoyed the sauna as well as the hot tub.

Great place with lots of thoughtful details and a very warm welcome. Our kids loved exploring the house and even took it upon themselves to water the plants which were thirsty, which was a fun touch. We also appreciated the little motivational treats. The hot tub was a highlight. Even though Ski Cooper was closed for the season, we made the most of it with a day at Loveland Ski Area, followed by hiking, ice cream, and a visit to the fish hatchery the next day. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always appreciate being trusted in someone’s home. Chris is an excellent host. Would definitely rent again.
