We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Leadville. We were in town for some hiking. This house had it all. The location was great. We walked most places and only used the car a handful of times. It was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was a nice benefit. We’d definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Alex's place was amazing! I went away for a solo weekend retreat and this spot was perfect! Cute and quaint but very stylish and comfortable. The views from the front porch were amazing and the back yard was a great place to hang out in the evening. I can't wait to stay there again!

This was a great getaway. The house provided privacy in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. Its location was perfect for walking to our destinations and exploring downtown. The house was comfortable. I greatly appreciated the nook to get some work done.

We enjoyed our stay in Leadville. The house was exactly as advertised. It was very close to stores and restaurants and reasonably priced for the time that we went. I wish there had been instructions on when the garbage picked up. I didn't see any big bins outside so we just left it in the house. We were only there for 5 days so there wasn't too much. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. It was very clean.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect — surrounded by beautiful 14ers just a short 30–40 minute drive away, with great restaurants and shops only a few blocks from the Airbnb. The space itself was beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals. 10/10 experience

No A/C — at 10,152 ft, Leadville rarely needs it. Summer highs run 65–75°F; open the windows for a mountain breeze.
Pets welcome (2 max). The fenced backyard has a dog door off the bedroom — your dog can come and go.
Altitude is real at 10,152 ft. Drink extra water, take your first day easy, and consider travel insurance. Symptoms can include headaches and nausea; we can't refund for altitude sickness.
