This 3-bedroom riverfront cabin in Granby, Colorado sits inside the Cabins at Edgewater community, where four stocked trout ponds and the Fraser River run directly behind the property. Sleeping 7 across a king suite with private balcony, a queen bedroom, and a triple twin bunk room, the cabin works as a summer fly-fishing basecamp or a winter ski house — Winter Park Resort and Grand Lake are 20 minutes away, Lake Granby is 15, and the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park is about 30. Inside: a full kitchen with gas range, gas fireplace, Smart TV, washer/dryer, and 2.5 baths. Outside: a grill deck, covered patio, and community pool, hot tub, playground, and pedal boats on an HOA seasonal schedule. Downtown Granby's restaurants, live music, and shops are a 10-minute walk.

I felt that this place was perfect for our family of 7 . My kids really enjoyed being able to go out and go out on the paddle boats each day that was right outside our place. We all agreed that the beds were comfortable and extra linens were provided . I really enjoyed all the things provided in the kitchen for cooking and there was seasonings provided so that was nice to have. We also utilized the pool that is just a few steps away ! I knew that the place did not have A/C and I was prepared to have the windows opened at night . My only complaint would be is I’m a light sleeper and if you have the windows opened at night in the master you can hear the fountain at the pond , solution is to be prepared for ear plugs Otherwise I think this is a great place for our family .

We absolutely loved staying at Chris place. It was so beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of things for the kids to do. We swam, walked around the lake and played on the playground. The cabin was so nice and had everything we needed. We will definitely will be staying here again.

The cabin was great. Exactly as advertised, super clean and perfect distance from downtown Granby for all the 4th of July festivities.

Absolutely CLEAN! Great location, it was described perfectly as posted. It is quiet, and the whole compound is clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully equipped and supplied with basic needs such as salt, pepper, coffee, spices. The washer and dryer are well maintained with soap, stain remover and softener provided. Great shower with loads of hot water. Chairs all around the property even a balcony outside main bedroom. The mattress and pillows were EXCELLENT! Not one suggestion or complaint needed. Thank you, VRBO for making our trip enjoyable.

This cabin was amazing. It was perfect for our family trip back to Colorado. Exceptionally clean and well-maintained, inside and out. The decorations were beautiful. It felt like home. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a very clean home. We preferred this location over the bustling, touristy Estes Park. Our kids really enjoyed the clubhouse pool. We only had four people, but the house would easily fit four adults and three kids. The kitchen was fully stocked.

The Cabins at Edgewater community in Granby, Colorado wraps around four stocked trout ponds and a stretch of the Fraser River, with walking paths, community fire pits, a playground, and a dedicated kids' fishing pond (lure fishing for ages 15 and under; everything else is catch-and-release fly fishing). Downtown Granby's restaurants, live music, and local shops are a 10-minute walk from the door. From the cabin: Granby Ranch ski lifts in 10 minutes, Lake Granby boat ramps in 15, Winter Park Resort and the town of Grand Lake in 20, the Kawuneeche (west) entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park in about 30, the hot springs at Hot Sulphur Springs in 15, and Grand Elk golf in 5. Summer brings fly fishing, boating, hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding; winter means skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park and Granby Ranch, plus sledding and snowshoeing right in Grand County.

• No A/C — at 7,935 ft, Granby cools off fast at night.
• This is a friendly cabin community, not a secluded property — neighboring homes are close by. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM.
• Pool and hot tub are HOA-operated and seasonal. Hot tub: closed Oct 1–Nov 21; open Nov 22–27; Fri–Sun through Dec 23; daily Dec 23–31; Fri–Sun Jan–Apr; closed Apr 24–May 29; daily Jun–Aug. Pool: summer season. The HOA sets and can change this schedule, and availability is not guaranteed.
• Fishing is catch-and-release fly fishing only (no lures) on the river and ponds; the kids' pond allows lure fishing for ages 15 and under.
• Trailers and oversized vehicles must park in the overflow area at the resort's north end.
• Exterior security cameras on the property.
