Unit was very clean and nicely updated! Responses to messages were quick and instructions provided made check-in very easy. My only suggestion for an improvement would be a variety of pillow firmnesses to accommodate those that prefer a softer pillow. Mattress was super comfy but pillows are all quite firm!

We loved our time at Erin’s place! It was easy to access, a very comfy space, and had everything we needed. Erin was very responsive and made our check in and out experience flawless! The furniture is all comfortable, nice quality, and still left ample space. I loved the extra touches she had, such as a coffee maker that was both drip coffee and single cup, extra soft blankets, and a fan/light combo with a remote. Such a nice place!!

We had a great stay at Erin’s condo for spring break. The condo was beautiful and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pull out couch bed was easy to use and then store during the day. It was a quick walk to the base of the mountain. The bus also picks up right out front for a short ride into town. It was a warmer spring break week than we were expecting but we took full advantage of the heated pool and hot tub. We have stayed at the grand lodge before and this has been our favorite condo so far! We will definitely be back.

Loved the location—easy walk to the ski access. You’ll need to drive or take the shuttle to get into town. The pull-out couch mattress was surprisingly comfortable!

This newly renovated spot inside the Grand Lodge is a location we hope to stay in again on a future stay. Our hosts (Erin & Natasha) were very friendly and always responsive. The home is thoughtfully decorated, clean and located so close to the ski lifts for fun on the mountain!

This property is NOT pet friendly.
This property does not have air conditioning.
Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100.
-Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets on the 3rd floor. You may see pets, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ).
